New Event Images Added
Posted By: keir dullea online |      No Comments

Three new images for the event section of the gallery. On Keir’s 80th birthday on the Keir Dullea Appreciation Society page on Facebook, Keir’s wife Mia told of how he spent his landmark day. While shooting in Poland on his new film VALLEY OF THE GODS, Keir was gifted with a cell of the film from director Lech Majewski. Keir plays the part of Ulim. No word yet on who his character is, but the film looks like it’s going to be amazing considering the cast.

“The Path” Episodes 9 & 10 Screencaps & Some News About Keir
Posted By: keir dullea online |      No Comments

First of all a followup on a post I made a little bit ago about the second season order for THE PATH. According to Mia Dillon, Keir’s wife, Keir will continue in the role of Dr. Stephen Meyer. Considering what happened at the end of episode ten The Miracle, it’s nice to know he’ll be walking and talking, finally! Thank you to Mia for confirming that. The other thing I have for you are the screencaps from Keir’s final two episodes titled A Room of One’s Own and The Miracle. I’ll include one capture from the final episode to let you know what I mean about the above “walking and talking” thing…. Also I wanted to let you know that I’m in the process of collecting some scans of Keir to go in the gallery. Stay tuned.

“DeSade” Stills & Posters Added
Posted By: keir dullea online |      No Comments

Due to some stupid deletions on the Facebook group, I’ve added the stills and posters I have from Keir’s film DESADE from 1969 where he played the controversial Marquis. The film though good, is not a direct biopic of Sade. The film Quills starring Geoffrey Rush was a closer telling of Sade’s life from within Charenton Asylum in France. Keir’s film while definitely showing Sade’s debauchery, does not go deeper into the mindset of the man. If anyone would like to read a good biography on Sade, there is an excellent one I can recommend written by the late Maurice Lever titled Sade. I’ll provide a link to the Amazon listing for you should you wish to get your hands on it. I’m sure for those with an e-reader or Kindle, there might be a version available.
